Terms and Conditions – 95pkr Platform Rules for Pakistan

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 95pkr platform, accessible at 95pkr.pro and through the official 95pkr mobile application. The Terms cover account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, betting activity and all other interactions with the platform.

By completing registration, making a deposit or using any feature of the 95pkr platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotion terms, game rules or payment terms displayed elsewhere on the platform — where there is a conflict, the more specific terms take precedence.

95pkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use 95pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 95pkr is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly allow minors to register or play.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You must not be in a jurisdiction where accessing or using an online gaming platform is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the 95pkr platform.

3Account Registration

When you register a 95pkr account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one 95pkr account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonus balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You should use a strong, unique password and should not share your login details with anyone. 95pkr staff will never ask for your password via any channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 95pkr support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

4Deposits

All deposits on the 95pkr platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 95pkr balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that are not registered in your name may result in delays or account suspension.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• 95pkr does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must complete a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document. This is a one-time requirement.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name on your 95pkr account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of the request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

95pkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

6Bonuses and Promotions

95pkr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you claim it.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, sports betting and fish games may contribute a different percentage. Check individual offer terms for details.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in an offer.
• Abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies or any method that 95pkr determines to be bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 95pkr — including slots, fish games, live casino and sports betting — are provided by third-party game suppliers operating under their own technical certifications. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. 95pkr does not manipulate game outcomes.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports:

• Bets are accepted subject to the markets being open at the time of placement. In-play bets are subject to live market availability.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed per market.
• 95pkr reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered due to a pricing error or where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or postponed, settlement rules for the affected bets will follow the standard sports book rules displayed within the betting section.
• Any bet suspected of being placed in coordination with others for the purpose of guaranteeing profit — commonly referred to as matched betting or arbitrage abuse — may be voided at 95pkr's discretion.

For live casino and table games, the decisions of the dealer or game host are final once a round has completed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 95pkr platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any individual person
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or manipulation in sports betting markets
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other users through any communication channel
• Attempting to access parts of the platform or other user accounts without authorisation

9Account Suspension and Closure

95pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or use of stolen payment methods is suspected
• Bonus abuse or coordinated betting activity is identified
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age
• A duplicate account is discovered
• The account has been inactive for an extended period

You may also voluntarily close your 95pkr account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any remaining real money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to standard identity verification.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, 95pkr will communicate with you through your registered contact details. Investigation timelines depend on the complexity of the case and co-operation with our team.

10Privacy and Data

95pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 95pkr.pro/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Key points regarding your data:

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account.
• 95pkr uses standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• KYC documents submitted for verification are retained for the period required to comply with standard anti-money laundering practice.

11Responsible Gaming

• 95pkr is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues on your end or interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a software error that causes an incorrect game result or payout, 95pkr reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected balance accordingly, regardless of whether a payout has already been made.
• 95pkr is not responsible for any tax obligations you may have in relation to winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and meet any applicable tax requirements.
• Our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the real money balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

13Changes to These Terms
